Hausmann Solar Project

Our solar system is a 210kW system. The project started on 4/2007 and has been interesting from the start. As the programs from NJ changed so did our process which changed system design and extended the time it took to implement. As of Friday 1/15/10, we have been in full production. Go Green - Tips of the Month
For every degree you lower the thermostat, you'll save between 1% to 3% of your heating bill.
Switch from incandescent to compact florescent bulbs (CFL's) and save around 75% of lighting electrical cost. Payback is usually less then 3 months for regularly used lighting.
Make your internal copies on already printed paper and save trees.
Greener Manufacturing
Hausmann Industries is among the first in the industry to introduce a green line of "Eco-Friendly" treatment tables, carts and medical furniture. These products use environmentally safer alternatives to traditional materials for improved indoor air quality and healthier patients. The Green-Line wood used has no added urea-formaldehyde and exceeds CARB I and CARB II standards established by the California Air Resource Board. Hausmann utilizes urethane fabrics to assure CAL 01350 compliance, which is California's standard for indoor air quality specifically measuring airborne VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). All of our Green-Line construction is also PVC-Free.
